When you choose to enter a drawing on the V41 Prize Board by spending tickets, you are explicitly opting-in to share your name and email address with the specific third-party Sponsor of that prize. This information is shared for the purpose of lead generation and direct marketing by the Sponsor. Once shared, your data is subject to the individual Sponsor's privacy policy. V41 is not responsible for the data practices of these Sponsors.

These tools allow the platform to record that a visitor who saw or clicked an ad later visited our website or created an account. We do not share Strava data, leaderboard results, or your account details with advertising platforms.
When you create an account, we may record how you arrived at V41, such as the link, post, or ad you followed, and store it with your account. This helps us understand which outreach brings riders who actually ride.

Our services are not intended for children under 13. While we allow participants between the ages of 13 and 17 with parental consent, we do not allow individuals under the age of 18 to participate in our Prize Board drawings. We do not knowingly collect or share personal information from minors for marketing purposes. We do not knowingly use information from users under 18 for targeted advertising, and we do not direct advertising at users under 18.
For participants under 18, we require parental consent as outlined in our User Agreement.
